Locally Product Digest - April 2025

From smoother workflows to smarter tools, this month’s updates are built to keep your team, stores, and shoppers in sync.

Upgraded ShopSense Campaign Performance Panel - We’ve upgraded the Campaign Performance panel in ShopSense to give you a clearer view of what’s working. You’ll now see high-level summaries, new filtering options, and visualizations that track Locally engagements and sales resulting from your digital marketing campaigns.

Easier Sales Rep Tagging - You can now start tagging reps to accounts as soon as you send them an invite—there's no need to wait for the rep to accept. This makes connecting your sales team to the stores they support even faster, so everyone’s working from the same playbook.

Kits Now Work with Ship to Store - Our “Kits” feature lets you generate a Product Locator with multiple UPCs - like a bike and a specific battery - and only show stores with all items in stock. We’ve extended that to work on Ship to Store transactions. Shoppers can see when a full kit is available for Shipment to the store and place an order for everything together in one smooth experience.

ShopSense API Updates - We’ve added new fields to the ShopSense API and CSV reports to make your data workflows smoother. These additions help you match our Store Inventory, Sales, and Consumer Demand data more efficiently to your internal systems and reduce your need for extra calculations. Less manual work, more actionable insights — right out of the box.

Improved Store Biasing on Store Locator Maps - Our Store Locator lets you prioritize certain stores so they show up first. Now, this biasing can persist when users zoom out to greater zoom-levels than previously supported, so your priority stores continually remain front and center for shoppers. Contact Locally to enable.

Smarter Dealer File Matching - Clients who provide an auto-sync dealer list know that when there are issues with details like phone numbers or zip codes, it can cause mismatches. We’ve improved this process by developing a method to override data mismatches and lock in the correct store matches. That means more reliable syncing and fewer hiccups!

That's all we have for April’s update. Connect with your Client Success Manager to enable, learn more, or schedule a demo of these features.
