  • To display your inventory on brand websites, we need your UPCs, quantity, and prices. We need an email address, store contact, and store hours to start sending you sales. Buy It Locally, our BOPIS transaction system, takes a 3.5% transaction fee. We use Stripe to securely store your credit card information in order to process transactions.

  • When stores connect their POS system to Locally, they have an option to share that inventory with Google for local shoppers to discover.

    This inventory-sharing service is absolutely free, but Buy It Locally transaction handling costs 3.5% per successful sale.

  • Locally provides all clients with a robust analytics console that enables them to see referrals, most popular products and brands, missed opportunities, and marketing stats. Log in to your console at www.locally.com/station

  • Thanks to Locally's Brand Partners, there is no cost to retailers to claim your Locally.com account and utilize many of our core platform features.

    If you click here, Steps 1 through 3 are entirely free for stores. Plus, some of our extended features within Step 5 are free too (as long as a retailer is enrolled in Buy It Locally).

  • We require that a retailer use UPC/EAN codes to be able to get on Locally and broadcast your inventory to online shoppers. If you're making your own barcodes, those are inherently unique to your store, so we can't match your products to our master catalog. If you're not currently using UPC/EAN codes, this means transitioning to using UPC's/EAN codes in order to get on Locally.

  • Locally collects authorized dealer lists directly from brands - who are Locally clients. If you are a dealer, but you don’t see yourself listed on a tool that we power, you can reach out directly to us and we will alert the brand of the possible omission. Locally does not have the final say over who is a dealer.
